- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Disappointed that both staff refused to make me a lactose free hit chocolate when I brought my own fully sealed 250ml UHT pack with me. I have never been refused in any cafe that I have taken my own milk too so telling me you can't due to 'health regulations' is completely absurd.
